Lizzo Announces Intergalactic ‘Lizzoverse’ Light Show for New Album ‘Special’

It’s been legitimate that this is Lizzo’s world, and we are all in general living in it yet presently, she’s having a special interest in the entire universe.

On Monday (July 11), the 34-year-old hitmaker announced ‘Lizzoverse,’ an immersive cosmic light show experience set to her second studio album, called Special, which will be released on Friday.

Introduced by American Express and produced by Superfly, the audiovisual planetarium spectacle will happen in New York City’s Cipriani 25 Broadway, with shows starting every hour 10-8 p.m. from Saturday to Sunday. Furthermore, as Lizzo says in her post if you can’t make it out, ‘Don’t worry astronaut’: Amazon Music will Livestream the full show on Twitch at 6 p.m. ET upon arrival of Special’s release.

Lizzo as of late revealed the full track list for the new record Wednesday, revealing a couple of eye-catching, interest-prompting titles like ‘Coldplay,’ ‘ Naked’ and ‘Everybody’s Gay’ as well as playing through every one of the 12 songs on Special which additionally incorporates her Hot 100-climbing hit ‘About Damn Time’ the live-streamed show will highlight appearances from the ‘Rumors’ performer herself alongside her fleet of backup artists, the Big Grrrls. About Lizzo

Lizzo, is an American vocalist, rapper and musician, born in Detroit, Michigan, she later moved to Houston, Texas, where she started performing before moving to Minneapolis, where she started her recording career in hip hop music. Before signing with Nice Life and Atlantic Records, Lizzo released two her studio albums Lizzobangers (2013) and Big Grrrl Small World (2015). Lizzo’s first major-label EP, Coconut Oil, was released in 2016.

Lizzo achieved standard accomplishment with the arrival of her third studio album, Cuz I Love You (2019), which crested inside the top five of the US Billboard 200.
