The streaming monster has seen subscribers drop for the first in a decade and anticipates that millions will quit the streaming platform in the ongoing quarter.

The blow to the company comes only weeks after Pearl, Meghan’s first Netflix project, was cut out alongside two other projects that were also in production.

Harry’s documentary Heart of Invictus is as of now still due to ahead on as a feature of their extravagant, long term multi-year deal. A Netflix source recently told that the series is one of the various ventures with the couple’s Archewell Productions brand.

In any case, no additional shows have yet been declared and with a new round of cuts at the streaming service, fresh on the back of past ones, the couple will be under the pressure to guarantee their output is commercially viable.

What Netflix Spokesperson Said In a Statement

A Netflix representative told The Guardian: “As we explained on earning, our slowing revenue growth implies we are likewise easing back our cost growth as a company. So, unfortunately, we are letting around 150 employees go today, for the most part, U.S.- based. These changes are primarily determined by business needs than individual performance.”

Netflix’s is aiming to focus on atoning it down would be an ideal strategy, with fewer shows that are of higher quality.

With one project currently on the scrap heap, Harry and Meghan will probably be anxious to see any further projects come to the screen altogether that their Netflix deal is viewed as a success.
