On day 17 of the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation case, the latter testified was under divert with her legal lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft.

The Aquaman actress concluded her declaration on Tuesday, May 17, following four days on the witness stand. During the redirect examination, Johnny’s legal advisors were seen calling “objection” on essentially every question Elaine posed.

After the questioning finished up, rumours began making rounds on the web, claiming that Amber’s lawyer, Elaine, had “quit” the trial, however, it isn’t correct.

No, Amber Heard’s Lawyer Hasn’t Quit The Trial

Nonetheless, the news about Bredehoft’s quitting the trial is misleading, it is well-known that the defendant is focused on winning the case and that she is arranging the best strategies to stay away from the defamation that Depp is claiming.

Rumours concerning Amber’s lawyer quitting the trial stem back to a video posted on YouTube guaranteeing Elaine “quit” after the “questioning”.

The clip sees Elaine leading an indirect examination as Johnny’s lawyers persistently object.

The redirect questioning just lasted a couple of minutes and toward the end, before closing, Eliane says: “I have no more questions, your honour.”

This prompted many assuming that Elaine had “quit” after being interrupted an excessive number of times by Johnny’s team of attorneys. That, in any case, isn’t correct and there are no official records to back these cases by the claims.
